After years of careful planning, the Nebraska State Capitol HVAC project is underway. The $106-million heating, air conditioning, and renovation project will replace the building’s 50-year-old heating and cooling system, along with rehabbing windows and upgrading fire and life safety features. We are looking forward to continuing our work on this iconic structure!
