Congratulations, Brandon!
During the 2020 Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction Award Banquet, our very own, Brandon Rich P.E., LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, was presented the Architectural Engineering “2020 Outstanding Alumni” award!
Brandon is an Alvine Engineering Associate Principal and a licensed electrical engineer with 12 years of experience. He works with some of the firm’s most sophisticated clients and is skilled at applying the latest in engineering innovation to his electrical system and lighting designs. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is adept at providing leadership in identifying sustainable solutions that are efficient and cost-effective, regardless of the client’s desire to pursue formal LEED certification. Brandon also serves as the project manager for many of his projects and fosters collaboration among his team members to provide exceptional client service and achieve client goals.
Brandon has experience working on many projects across all market sectors and with clients all over the nation. A few of Brandon’s larger-scale projects include River Point in Chicago, Northwestern Mutual Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, and BOK Park Plaza at 499 Sheridan in Oklahoma City! Brandon was also the project manager for the design of Alvine Engineering’s corporate headquarters in Omaha, which was recently named the winner of the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction Alumni Award in the interdisciplinary project category!
