PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Corvina, a luxury, mixed-use building, has been artfully designed with inviting features. The building contains 125 contemporary apartments with upscale finishes, a high-bay commercial space, and 175 on-site, secure parking spaces. The building’s location at the corner of 9th and Jones, on the edge of the Old Market in Downtown Omaha, provides residents access to all of the retail, dining, and entertainment of the Old Market, as well as a short walk to some of the City’s biggest and best employers.
The property also includes a well-designed amenity package crafted to complement the upscale city lifestyle of its residents with quality, convenience, and safety. - Each apartment is heated and cooled via a vertical-packaged terminal heat pump air conditioner with electric heat backup.
- Control for apartment HVAC systems are stand-alone 7-day programmable thermostats. Control for the common and tenant shell spaces are also stand-alone 7-day programmable thermostats with clear plastic protection covers.
- The plumbing system utilizes domestic water supplied from the main in the street. Electric water heaters generate hot water in each apartment, but the apartments do not contain natural gas.
- Residential units’ power and lighting are served by electrical panels located in each unit. The panels supply branch circuits feeding receptacles and lighting while also serving the residential kitchen equipment and the heating/cooling equipment.
