PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Formally known as Rogers and Jefferson Halls and built in the 1960s, the Mann Residence Hall is a renovation of two seven-story towers into a more modern residential facility to serve the growing student population on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) campus. Mann Residence Hall’s namesake was inspired after Dr. Henrietta Mann, a 1965 graduate of SWOSU and the founding president of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College, the project included renovation of the restrooms, resident rooms, exterior glass, and other improvements.
The residential floors house “neighborhood” lounges with TVs, study lounges, Resident Advisor quarters, private bathrooms, and industrial-themed resident rooms.
