PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in a lively Miami arts district, this LEED Certified corporate office space boasts the energetic feel of its community outside its front doors. Throughout the office, local artists’ painted murals that bring vibrant Miami colors to the collaborative work environment scene. The office space promotes its staff and clients’ well-being through the technology and the office’s modern aesthetic.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• The Alvine Engineering lighting studio team provided architectural lighting design to capture the essence of Miami and the vibrant neighborhood of the corporate office building.
• The team designed arrangements of “seagull” pendant fixtures over open office workstations to create consistent yet differing neighborhoods in which to work.
• The lighting studio designed lighting for murals from local artists on walls throughout the main corridor and seating area of the corporate office space, tying the interior space to the surrounding community
• Alvine Engineering created an immersive and unique space to bring clients into collaborative work sessions with a flexible lighting design that allows the shared space to be used for a variety of functions.
• Provided a fully networked lighting control system to allow for easy functionality during the day and for nighttime events.
• The lighting studio team designed a cafecito-themed break area with festoon lighting to accentuate the residential vibes of the adjacent living room seating area.
