PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- LEED Silver, which includes the Fundamental Commissioning Prerequisite and Enhanced Commissioning Credit.
- The design team worked closely to optimize the percentage of vision glass with the energy consumption for the HVAC systems and the performance of the vision glass.
- Phased project construction processes opened the 1,350-stall parking garage over two years before the tower to fully utilize the site and maximize revenue for the owner.
- Additional amenities include a business center and study center, outdoor pool and hot tub, river gallery, club room, bike storage and washing area, and golf simulator.
- Technology integration is a critical element in the overall interconnectivity of the residential tower, structured parking, retail, and amenities such as the fitness center.
- Telecommunications system design, including backbone copper and fiber distribution and horizontal cabling. Work also included a data communications cabling system, voice cabling system, CATV cabling, and termination devices for parking, amenity, and residential areas.
